South BR is growing like crazy but anything North of Florida Blvd is looking pretty bad. You run away to Omaha but throw a sel...Good grief. You run away to Omaha but throw a self indulgent pity party about the decay of Baton Rouge. My outlook is 180 degrees the opposite. We moved to Georgia for a better job for my wife but plan to go back. Baton Rouge HAS changed but it is too crowded and full of Yats and new construction. It has boomed since Katrina and that is really not a good thing from my perspective but I think it is silly to call it a decaying city.
